Problem: Screen goes black and shortly afterwards the computer shuts down.
Event log: The Desktop Window Manager process has exited.
OR
Event log: DWM process has exited.
Possible source of the problem: Bad Xbox controller firmware.
Solution: Install Xbox accessories app and update your Xbox controller.
