Look for entry called “BIOS Mode”. Should be a 14th line from the top.
If you don't see “BIOS Mode UEFI” you will need to reinstall using UEFI mode. If you do have UEFI mode, continue below.
Warning: if you have bitlocker enabled, you need to disable it before proceeding, unless you like losing all your data. if you don't know what bitlocker is, you don't have it.
Resetting
Press Win+R to open the Windows Run dialog
Type tpm.msc and press Enter
If this opens normally, you should be able to clear the TPM and reboot and be done. It's not uncommon to get an error here if you have this problem.
