MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Performance Overlay
RivaTuner Statistics Server is a utility to create an overlay that can show stuff like your CPU, GPU usage, temperatures etc.
It is usually bundled with MSI Afterburner, but can also be used with HWInfo64
